Monument for the Commemoration of the 50,000th Day after the Emancipation Edict
In Kashihara, where the Zenkoku Suiheisha was born, a story had been passed down that, immediately after the issuance of the Emancipation Evict, it was announced, gThe implementation of that proclamation was postponed for 50,000 daysh. Since the 50,000th day was 3 September 2008, we decided to record the story on the monument with a view to refreshing our determination.
